September 24, 2026 - 🚧 TRAFFIC ALERT: Temporary Street Closure on E. Hillcrest Dr. Beginning Friday, September 25th at 7:00 a.m., a portion of the 400 block of E. Hillcrest Dr. will be closed to traffic for essential sewer work. No driveway access will be blocked. Since this street was recently asphalted, we want to reassure the community that the street cut will be repaired under strict quality guidelines. What to expect during the repair process: • Temporary Gravel Fill: Initially, the street cut will be filled with gravel. This allows the ground time to settle properly. • Final Pavement Cap: Once settled, a durable concrete and asphalt cap will be permanently installed to restore the road. Welcome to the City of Windsor. A great small town located near Sedalia, Whiteman Air Force Base, and Truman Lake. Our town is made up of close to 3000 residents in both Henry and Pettis Counties. Windsor has great schools, a beautiful park with a lake, and Katy Trail State Park.
